About me

I am a qualified counsellor offering a supportive space for those navigating grief, loss, illness cancer support and relationship difficulties.

My decision to become a counsellor came from my own experiences of sudden loss- something that changed my life and opened my eyes to the importance of having support and someone to talk to. Since 2015, I've been volunteering with a Bereavement Service, supporting people through the pain of losing a loved one, and helping them to feel less alone in their grief.

I've also worked closely with individuals and families affected by suicidal loss and cancer. I too was diagnosed with breast cancer and have experienced the suicidal loss of an immediate family member. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of how overwhelming and isolating both grief and illness can feel - not just physically but emotionally.

These experiences shaped how I work with compassion, honesty and deep respect for each person's story. Whether you're facing loss, illness or just feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I can offer a calm and confidential space where you can speak openly and begin to make sense of things at your own pace.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a dedicated counsellor and hypnotherapist certified by the NCPS and the National Hypnotherapy Society. I offer a safe, supportive space for individuals navigating grief as well as a range of emotional and personal difficulties and life challenges.
