Sabine Chammas Psychosexual and Relationships Therapist
225 Shoreditch High Street
As a psychosexual therapist, I offer a warm, engaging, empathetic and safe environment where we can work together towards sexual health and well being. I understand sexual difficulties can be difficult to talk about, cause distress and feelings of embarrassment. This can impact on relationships and self-esteem.
I work integratively taking into account that sexual dysfunctions are not just physical but are a combination of emotional, psychological and physiological factors.
Depending on the concern, sessions can be attended by both individuals and couples. I am a qualified counsellor, psychosexual and relationship therapist with extensive experience in both the public and the private sector. I work with people of all backgrounds and welcome LGBT clients. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the platform to create changes, healing and the road to a fulfilling existence. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples to explore and make sense of their difficulties.
Common sexual difficulties I work with:
Sexual arousal disorders
Reducing Anxiety around sex and intimacy
Sexual abuse and sexual assault
Sexual health issues
Painful sex (Dyspareunia, Vaginismus)
Insecurities about sexual orientations
Sexual compulsive behaviour
Loss of desire
