About me

Sometimes we just need someone to sit with us while we untangle what’s going on inside. I’m Sabina, and I offer a relaxed, supportive space where you can do just that—show up exactly as you are and explore things at your own pace.

I’m warm, down-to-earth, and not at all into being “clinical” or distant. People often tell me they feel at ease quickly, which I take as a big compliment. I’m not here to fix you or tell you what to do—just to walk alongside you as you figure things out, with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. You can expect a space where you’ll be listened to without judgment, where laughter is welcome, and where you don’t need to have the “right” words.

I work as a counsellor and somatic trauma therapist, bringing together different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels right for you. My work is rooted in a person-centred, non-directive way of being, which means I follow your lead and move at your pace. I’ll be here with you as we gently explore whatever feels important, offering support without pushing or rushing.

I often work with people who are living with anxiety, depression, or the effects of trauma, as well as those navigating LGBTQIA+ experiences, identity, and neurodivergence. My practice is queer-friendly, trans-affirming, and deeply respectful of your individuality—who you are and how you experience the world matters here.

I also bring in my training in supervision, somatic trauma therapy, and transactional analysis to support our work together, always in a way that centres your needs and preferences. I know that therapy can feel vulnerable, so I do my best to create a space that feels steady, safe, and real.

Sessions are held online, so you can join from wherever feels most comfortable for you—your home, your car, or even your favourite quiet corner of the world. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s kind, open, and human—I’d really love to connect.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
