I have been accredited by UKCP since 2003. I offer mindfulness psychotherapy, supervision and counselling.
I encourage new clients to contact to six sessions and then offer a review; to discuss how the sessions are helping the client and for me to feedback to the client how in my view the counselling is working for them.
I am able to offer short-term focused work to help cope with immediate issues and longer term work. Longer term is helpful when you have been able to identify patterns of behaviour which are unhealthy or unhelpful.
I work as a Supervisor, and a Psychotherapist with individuals and couples.
I am a person centred humanistic psychotherapist who trained at the Karuna Institute in Devon.
It is part of the HIPC Humanistic and Integrative, Psychotherapy College.
