About me

I am an accredited psychotherapist, offering mindfulness psychotherapy, counselling, and supervision services since 2003. For new clients, I recommend starting with six sessions, after which we can review the progress and discuss how the sessions have been helping the client. I also provide feedback on how I think the counselling has been working for the client. I offer both short-term and long-term counselling services. Short-term sessions are focused on helping clients cope with immediate issues, while long-term sessions are helpful when a client has identified patterns of behaviour that are unhealthy or unhelpful. As a person-centred humanistic psychotherapist, I provide services to individuals and couples. I received my training at the Karuna Institute in Devon, which is part of the HIPC Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy College. I also work as a supervisor and offer both short-term and long-term focused counselling services.
