About me

There are moments in life when we feel we are in a dark place, or we seem to be on a carousel going round round, feeling stuck/scared/confused/lonely, unable to shake off that difficult feeling or to make sense of what is going on.

If you are experiencing a profound sense of sadness, anxiety, depression; if you are struggling to connect to a significant level with people or dealing with a low sense of worth that stops you putting yourself forward in some aspect of life; if you are finding difficult to deal with the loss of a loved one (bereavement, divorce) or feeling stuck in the process of grieving; if you are having marital difficulties, going through a separation, or simply going through a rough time, I can help you.

I am Rosanna, I have more that 20 years experience working in mental health and psychological services. I use a humanistic/integrative approach, putting particular emphasis on the relational/emphatic aspect of the therapeutic relationship, which sees the alliance/collaboration between therapist and client as central to the therapeutic endeavour.

I am here to listen, support, and guide you on your journey of self-exploration and growth. I offer a compassionate, supportive and confidential space where difficult feelings can be explored to make sense of what is going on, and to get a better, deeper understanding of who we are and the choices we make, in order to reconnect with ourselves, the people we love and the world around us.

Simply reach me by email,  explaining the reason for contacting me, and leaving your telephone number and the best time for me to call for an initial 15 minutes free phone consultation. I strive to answer within 2/3 hours.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
