About me

As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), I specialise in working with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety disorders, from persistent worry and social anxiety, to panic and OCD. My approach is evidence-based, and tailored to help you meet your goals in life and regain a sense of control.
I work with anyone I can help.

I have successfully treated numerous individuals with OCD, GAD, PTSD, Depression, Panic Disorder, Stress and Social Anxiety. I have a particular interest in men’s mental health and the unique ways anxiety can manifest in men's lives. I have written several articles of the unique stressors men can experience.

If you would like to speak I offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore how I might be able to help.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Registered Social Worker and BABCP accredited CBT Therapist with over ten years of experience across university and NHS mental health settings. I hold a PGDip in Psychological Intervention (CBT) from the University of Surrey, an MA in Social Work from the University of York, and a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Leeds.

My clinical background spans individual and group CBT for anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma related disorders.
