About me
Need to Talk? You're Not Alone.
Life can feel overwhelming at times - whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck. You don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy offers a way forward - and I’m here to help.
I offer a FREE 30-minute initial consultation, where you can speak openly in a warm, confidential and non-judgmental space. It’s a chance for us to connect, explore what’s on your mind, and discuss a therapeutic approach tailored specifically to your needs. I’ll also be happy to answer any questions, so you know what to expect every step of the way.
How Therapy Can Help
Therapy offers a warm, supportive space to reflect, understand yourself more deeply, and take meaningful steps toward change. Drawing on Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Integrative Psychotherapy, and Systemic Therapy, our work will focus on what matters most to you - helping you feel more in control of your life.
Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) is especially effective in navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and unresolved grief. It helps improve the way you connect and communicate with others.
Integrative Psychotherapy combines the most effective techniques from different approaches - like psychodynamic, systemic therapy and CBT - to suit your unique personality and needs. It’s flexible, personalised, and adapts as you grow. This approach helps you have a more comprehensive understanding of your challenge and identify the different elements that are contributing to it. It can help you to understand your emotions, change unhelpful patterns, and build healthier relationships - at your own pace, in a way that works for you.
Systemic Therapy brings insight into patterns within family and couple dynamics, supporting healthier relationships and clearer communication.
Psychotherapy offers clarity, reduce emotional distress, and help you build resilience and confidence. It’s a step toward reconnecting with your values, your relationships, and your sense of purpose.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
