My practice stems out of a deep desire and genuine interest to help people feel happier, peaceful, fulfilled, self-confident, and empowered .
I have 18 years of extensive experience in working with adults, adolescents, couples and families (family issues) from a range of backgrounds and cultures.
With over 16 years of studies and research, I will provide you with a personalized approach that helps you discover your deeper needs and reach your personal goals.
I also have a long experience working with people suffering from generalized anxiety disorder, depression and feelings of sadness, stress related issues, family issues, relationship and marital problems.
As a BACP registered member, I work under very high ethical standards, follow CPD programs and attend regular supervision sessions.
I am able to provide psychotherapy sessions in English, French and Arabic.

Training and education:
IPT- Interpersonal Therapy
Columbia University - Teachers College – (Jan 2016-Jan 2017)
IPT is the most recommended evidence based therapy for depression (Recommended by NICE guidelines). It has been clinically proven that it can be faster than medication when applied with clients suffering from mild to moderate depression.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

For best outcomes, I usually recommend one session per week, for 50 minutes.
I work flexible hours (from 8am to 8pm) and offer face to face sessions in my private psychotherapy room in Biggin Hill, as well as sessions through skype, Zoom or any other secure video call application.
Online (video call) psychotherapy allows you to have more flexibility regarding the timing of your session, removes travel expenses and journeying time, as well as providing you with the chance to have therapy from the comfort of your own home or chosen environment.
If you wish to visit me in my psychotherapy room, private parking spots are available during my working hours (8am - 8pm).
