About me

Do you feel like a square peg in a round hole and not sure where you fit? Do you feel overwhelmed, unmotivated, uninspired and like you’ve lost a sense of who you are and what you stand for, and would like to feel more at home in your own skin?

Do you feel anxious all the time and as though you don’t have a place in the world, and would like to feel more calm with a clearer mind?

Do you feel bad about yourself and want to learn how to better love you?

Are you looking to feel more purpose and control over your day to day life? Would you like to gain a sense of deserving good things and that your time, space and energy are important?

If so, I would love to help you step in the right direction.

As a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Certified Life Coach, I work with women, and those who identify as female, who consider themselves neurodivergent. Supporting them to embrace their true nature and find self-acceptance, leading them to feel more inspired, creative and motivated.

I am neurodivergent myself and have worked with many neurodivergent adults and children.

I do not have set boundaries around what constitutes neurodivergent and so anyone who is curious about whether they are neurodivergent, identify as neurodivergent or are diagnosed with ADHD, autism, dyspraxia, dyslexia or any other neurotype, who feels they relate to what I’m offering here, is absolutely welcome.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an Integrative BACP registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist, with over 6 years of experience as a CPCAB Certified Life Coach in private practice.

I also have over 7 years of experience as a mentor, working with young people to achieve their Arts Awards and explore their creativity.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
