About me

I am a qualified psychotherapist based in London. I can offer you a sincere and non-judgemental relationship, exploring issues and presenting problems that have brought you to this stage of your life, whilst supporting and guiding you in ways in which you wish to change.

My warm and genuine personality, combined with creativity, and an ability to infuse different approaches means I can tailor therapy to the uniqueness of a person. The way I work and the approach I use is based on my client’s preferences and needs.

I have experience working with clients from a range of ages, sexualities, backgrounds and cultures and have been moved and privileged to be part of each of their journeys.

I believe in an approach which tailors the therapy to the client as each person is unique and so I use a combination of Person-centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt and Transpersonal approaches depending on your needs.

Please feel free to contact me to discuss whether counselling is right for you and how I may be able to help you.

I offer 15/20 minutes initial consultation online, free of charge.

Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly, face to face or online. I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time. I offer therapy in English and Italian.

Since 2017 I have been a volunteer psychotherapist for a few charities in Central London. During this time, I have gained experience working with a diverse range of clients on several issues including; low self-esteem, anxiety, eating disorders, stress, bereavement, and relationships.
