I have been asked to join the vulnerable young women's board in Scotland, this board is extremely influential in how we address the needs of vulnerable young women throughout Scotland. As part of this role I am working with the Centre for Youth and Criminal Justice in creating a cross country training initiative for all individuals coming in to contact with vulnerable girls and young women. This will be rolled out to everyone form Children's panel members to Police Scotland, residential and Social workers.
Having struggled with anxiety for years now I contacted Rhona thinking there was no way I would beat this. I couldn’t be more wrong! Rhona straight away made me feel at ease. She is very approachable, genuinely interested in you and works tirelessly to support you. She inspired me to challenge myself with her fantastic attitude to life and her commitment to what she does. She has a brilliant personality that helps put a smile on your face when you are down and reassure you that the only way is forward. I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Rhona. She has challenged me, made me laugh, cry and taught me to enjoy my life again. I have been armed with the tools I need and I have successfully overcome my anxiety. Truth is, it is impossible not to succeed with Rhona. I cannot thank Rhona enough for the help and support she has given me and would recommend her to anybody.
Having recently been a patient of CBT Inverclyde, I cannot recommend it highly enough. I wish I'd had access to this years ago! I did try counselling for a short time years ago but didn't feel that was for me. At CBT it's interactive and proactive. Rhona instantly puts you at ease and is brilliant at her job. I will keep in touch with her as she has helped change my life and given me the tools for a happy life!!
