About me
My Approach
I am a systemic psychotherapist who offers a compassionate, collaborative space for individuals, couples, and families to explore life’s challenges and discover new ways of relating, understanding, and moving forward together. My work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story.
Families
Family life can be both deeply rewarding and deeply challenging. When things feel stressful, disconnected, or out of balance, therapy can offer a space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening.
In our sessions, I aim to create a safe and welcoming environment where every voice is heard. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and pressures that may be affecting your relationships, and uncover new ways of connecting that strengthen understanding and closeness within the family.
Families often come to therapy when navigating:
- Communication difficulties or frequent misunderstandings
- Conflict, tension, or emotional distance
- Changes in family roles, following separation, illness, or caregiving shifts
- The impact of loss, trauma, or other painful experiences
- Life transitions such as becoming parents, blending families, or supporting children through adolescence
Couples
I provide support to couples to explore the dynamics that may be causing tension or disconnection, and to understand the emotions and needs that lie beneath.
Whether you’re hoping to rebuild trust, deepen intimacy, or thoughtfully navigate the possibility of separation, I work alongside you to help foster empathy, communication, and clarity. Couples come to therapy at many different stages - sometimes in crisis, sometimes simply seeking to strengthen and nurture their connection.
Individuals
Life can feel complex, particularly when we’re facing change, loss, or uncertainty. My work with individuals is trauma-informed, grounded in compassion and an understanding of how relationships, experiences, and personal values shape who we are.
Together, we’ll explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, making sense of experiences, discovering new perspectives, and finding meaningful ways forward. I warmly welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, identities, and life stories.
At the heart of my work is supporting deeper understanding in a safe, compassionate space, helping you recognise and develop your strengths, build resilience, and navigate challenges in ways that foster healthier, more connected relationships.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
