About me

I am a professionally trained and qualified integrative counsellor with over ten years experience. I provide a confidential and non-judgemental service to explore your issues and to support your personal development.

I use the skills and techniques of more than one therapy, such as person-centred, cognitive behaviour and psychodynamic therapies, as I believe strongly that no single approach works for every client in every situation.

I have experience of working with a wide range of issues, including; loss and bereavement, trauma, abuse, dissociation, stress and anxiety, mental health issues, addictions, relationship issues, self-harm, anger management and low self-confidence.

Please feel free to contact me for a chat about your needs. I am happy to answer any enquiries and questions you may have.

“Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.”
