About me
Life can be challenging and stressful at times. It may feel overwhelming, and coping can become incredibly difficult. Reaching out for help isn’t always easy, but with the right support, you can begin to work through - and overcome - troubling experiences, uncomfortable thoughts, and painful emotions. Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.
Rewind Counselling & Psychotherapy offers care, compassion, and expertise, providing a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can feel genuinely heard and understood. Therapy can support you in navigating a wide range of issues, including: anxiety, depression, trauma.
I’m Mark - a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and understanding. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am an accredited member of the NCPS. Based in West Malling, I work with clients both locally and across the UK via secure online therapy sessions.
I work with an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). There’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy - working integratively means I can adapt our sessions to suit your unique needs and circumstances.
Working ethically and effectively is of the utmost importance to me - your wellbeing is always my top priority.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is held on a weekly basis. The length and focus of therapy can vary depending on what you’re seeking support with, I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, tailored to your individual needs and goals.
If you're considering counselling, know that reaching out is a courageous first step. I’m here to help you navigate that journey with care, insight and respect - working together toward meaningful change and emotional wellbeing. If you have any questions or would like to explore whether therapy might be right for you, I’d be happy to hear from you.
