About me

Hi, I’m Rebecca, an Irish integrative psychotherapist dedicated to tailoring therapy to your unique needs. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, which is why I offer a 15-minute discovery call to help us determine if we’re the right fit to work together.

Inspired by Dr. Gabor Maté’s belief in real genuine human connection with clients over just techniques. I create a safe, supportive space to help you explore what’s holding you back and work toward meaningful change. With strong Irish roots and 13 years of experience in London, I’ve connected with clients from all walks of life. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck & lost in life, I use a flexible blend of approaches to help you find clarity & direction.

Many people choose to work with me because I’m known for helping individuals truly understand themselves. We explore the negative core beliefs you hold, the roles that may be holding you back, and how to uncover these patterns. Then, we work together to transform them into real, actionable change in your life. I facilitate meaningful growth whatever the issue.

If you're ready to make real, lasting change, I’m here to help you get there so reach out to set up a 15 minute discovery call or fill in a contact form via my website. Together, we'll explore what’s holding you back and turn those insights into actionable steps for meaningful transformation. I can be that helping hand we all need in our life sometimes.

Training, qualifications & experience

With over 7 years of experience, I’ve supported adults from diverse and international backgrounds, navigating both moments of crisis and deeper psychotherapeutic work to get to the roots of past traumas and negative core beliefs. As a registered member of the BACP and with specialized certifications in Psychodrama and Action Therapy, I bring a dynamic and versatile approach to therapy.

Having worked with one of the world’s largest private mental health organizations, I’ve encountered and supported a wide spectrum of challenges—there’s very little I haven’t heard or helped clients through. This breadth of experience equips me to connect with individuals from all walks of life and guide them toward meaningful change

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
