About me
Being late diagnosed AuDHD, I know what 'not fitting in' feels like. If you hide behind a mask to seem 'normal', like people don't get you but you're not even sure YOU get you. It doesn't have to stay this way.
As a co-founder of F&B Digital Therapy, I help clients who are done with not feeling understood by therapists. Those who also want to overcome self-doubt whilst navigating late diagnosed or late discovered Neurodivergence. I'm truly passionate about helping my clients embrace their true selves and finally feel comfortable & confident within their own mind. Finding a space where you're understood without having to explain yourself, is the first step to accepting yourself as a whole.
Constantly second-guessing yourself leads to anxiety, overthinking, rejection sensitivity, low motivation, overwhelm, eating issues & OCD - all common alongside Neurodivergence. But there's another story, one where you learn how to trust yourself, live authentically, become self-confident and finally feel good enough.
In working with me, you’ll understand what keeps your problem going, and we'll delve deeper into where it started in the first place. I find anyone who loves analysing, understanding and piecing things together (like me) this approach is perfect for! But it doesn't stop there, and usually the hardest bit is learning what to do next. That's why you'll then be supported to learn and implement strategies to break negative cycles holding you back from being you.
My lived experience of AuDHD means when I say I understand, I TRULY do! And that’s why I provide a safe & flexible space, tailoring the approaches I use to your personal and individual needs. Forgot to do a homework task? I won’t shame you, instead we’ll work together to find a way to make it work for your wonderfully unique brain instead! I can also provide practical tips & strategies to manage the stress and overwhelm that comes from living in a world not tailored for diverse brains.
I want to understand you as an individual, and to work as a team - not assuming I know more about you than you do. I finding combining my knowledge of therapy approaches and mental health, with a client's knowledge of themselves, creates the best outcomes.

Further information
I work in an informal but structured way, however I’m flexible in tailoring the work to what works for your brain. This is perfect for anyone who may need guiding in sessions but would like a bit of flexibility to talk and explore things. I also love to find ways to incorporate what you’re passionate about into the sessions somehow - think pets, music, games, art etc. This can be so healing too.
Some little facts to get to know me:
- I see playing video games as self care.
- I also create digital art for people who are passionate about what they love.
- I have a dog called Rocket and a cat called Fuji. If I could I would have a lot more pets, I love all types of animals and even have some crow friends I feed in my garden!
- music means a lot to me, but I have a very eclectic music taste (my favourite artists are Taylor Swift & Green Day!)
