About me
As a soul-led therapist and life coach, I specialise in supporting women navigating life transitions and self-confidence challenges. Using Walk and Talk Therapy, Reiki, and Life Coaching, I offer a holistic approach tailored to your unique needs, helping you connect with mind, body, spirit, and soul.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by change, or disconnected from yourself, I’m here to guide you. Walk and Talk Therapy offers the grounding and release that comes from being in nature, while Reiki helps restore balance and calm to your energy. Together, we’ll create a safe and nurturing space to release what no longer serves you, build self-awareness, and cultivate the clarity and confidence you need to thrive.
You don’t have to have it all figured out—I’ll walk this path with you, offering compassionate guidance every step of the way. My clients often leave sessions feeling calmer, more aligned, and empowered to move forward with purpose and ease.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to a free 15-minute chat to explore how we can work together.
