About me
Walk & Talk Counselling in Bath for Women Seeking Calm, Confidence & Connection
I'm a counsellor based in Bath, supporting women through life's transitions, anxiety, low self-confidence, and those moments when you no longer feel connected to yourself.
I offer Walk & Talk counselling in the beautiful surroundings of Bath, providing a warm, compassionate, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings while walking at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Being outdoors in nature can help create a sense of calm, making it easier to talk, reflect, and gain new perspectives. Many people find that walking side by side feels more relaxed than sitting in a therapy room, allowing conversations to flow naturally while reducing stress and encouraging emotional wellbeing.
Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed by change, struggling to quiet anxious thoughts, finding it difficult to speak your truth, or noticing that your boundaries have become blurred. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Together, we'll gently explore what's beneath the surface and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.
Through our work together, you can:
Understand and manage anxiety.
Build self-confidence and self-trust.
Strengthen healthy boundaries.
Navigate life's transitions with greater clarity and resilience.
Feel more grounded, balanced, and connected to yourself.
Every session is tailored to you. Whether you need space to process, make sense of difficult emotions, or find a way through a challenging time, you'll be met with warmth, empathy, and acceptance.
Many clients tell me they leave our walks feeling lighter, calmer, and more hopeful, with practical insights and a renewed sense of confidence.
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes all it takes is one small step.
If this feels like the right approach for you, you're warmly invited to book a free 15-minute clarity call to explore how Walk & Talk counselling could support you.
