About me
Integrated Somatic Therapy for Burnout & Career Clarity
About My Practice
Traditional talk therapy often stays in the head, but stress lives in the body. I help high-achieving women and entrepreneurs move from "stuck" to steady by bridging the gap between clinical counselling and energetic restoration.
Based in Bath, I provide a unique, integrated approach designed to reset your nervous system and clear the mental loops that keep you trapped in burnout.
My Approach
As a dual-qualified practitioner, I offer three distinct ways to work together:
The Clarity Walk (50 mins): Walk & Talk therapy in Royal Victoria Park. We use movement and nature to process complex emotions and find strategic clarity.
The Energy Reset (50 mins): Restorative Reiki in my quiet therapy room to discharge stress and deeply regulate your system.
The Deep Alignment (90 mins): My signature integrated session combining a walk to clear the mind with Reiki to ground the body.
Who I Work With
I specialize in supporting female founders and entrepreneurs navigating life transitions, business pressure, and chronic exhaustion. My goal is to help you realign with your own inner guidance so you can lead and live with ease.
