About me
My ideal clients are adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck in unhelpful patterns such as people-pleasing, overthinking, low self-worth, or burnout. Many appear to cope outwardly while struggling internally with stress, trauma, or the lasting impact of difficult life experiences.
I offer a warm, trauma-informed approach influenced by CBT, helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and nervous system responses. Together, we work towards greater self-understanding, healthier coping strategies, emotional balance, and lasting change.
If you’ve been struggling quietly for a long time, you don’t have to carry everything on your own. Therapy can offer a supportive space to slow down, feel heard, and better understand what you’re going through. Reaching out can feel difficult, but it may also be the first step towards feeling more supported, balanced, and connected to yourself.

Further information
Many of the clients I work with have spent years putting others first, managing anxiety, overthinking, emotional exhaustion, or carrying the effects of difficult past experiences. Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, make sense of patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you.
