About me
I am an integrative counsellor which means that my practice draws from different counselling approaches such as Gestalt, CBT, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic therapy and Hypnotherapy. I adapt my way of working to your needs, offering both short and long term therapy.
Using counselling, hypnosis and mindfulness techniques I work holistically and can help you take small steps to complete the big leap that previously seemed paralyzing.
My own journey through life brought me to this point where I can use my skills and experience to support you on your unique life journey, offering a holistic view of mental health and wellbeing. My intuitive approach, and unique style, can help you gain clarity, insight, perspective, and align yourself with your potential.
Sitting with you side by side and working through exploring any difficulties you may confront with, I will support you find healthier ways of managing relationships, stress and anxiety, increasing your self-confidence so that you are empowered and ready to handle every day issues with more ease.
I bring my integrity and commitment to holding a safe and boundaried space for you. If you have any questions about how I can work with you then please call or email me to arrange an initial, exploratory session.
