About me
Hi, I'm Rachel.
I offer a safe, warm and compassionate space for you to let go of things you may have been holding inside for some time. I hear you, and see you. I know that it's hard to reach out and take that first step.
People come to counselling for lots of different reasons. I believe that it is truly for anyone. We all have struggles that we perhaps have been keeping inside, as we don’t want to burden other people with them, and it is now all becoming a bit too much.
You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure.
We will work together to explore what is going on for you, we can set goals for the work if you feel this would be helpful.
How would it feel to let go of some of these feelings? I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to feel truly heard and seen.
Are you someone who wants to explore their boundaries with others or you could be working through relationship or family challenges? Perhaps you are experiencing burnout or stress.
Are you navigating loss or change. You could be wanting to heal from past experiences or maybe wanting to feel like yourself again or to work out who you are.
These are just some of the reasons why you might reach out to me. If you’re seeking change in your life and looking for compassionate support through the process, I’m here to help.
I have worked with clients who have navigated lots of different challenges these include:
- Neurodivergence I have worked with many clients who are Autistic, ADHD or AuADHD. This includes the use of masking and its impact.
