About me
By being on this website, you have taken the first step in accessing support, which is often the hardest. If you find yourself struggling with overwhelm, overthinking, and difficult emotions; then you are in the right place. None of us were born with a manual on how to navigate this life & sometimes when things get difficult, our mind can give us a hard time.
Therapy can help you understand your difficulties and involves us working together as a team to work towards your goals. As a therapist, I can provide a space to reflect together on your difficulties and provide evidence-based techniques on how to manage them moving forward. I work holistically and adapt my approach based on the client I have in front of me.
When experiencing a number of difficult life experiences a few years ago, I found myself in a pit of anxiety and accessed CBT which helped me get through. I can appreciate how scary it might feel to reach out for support from a complete stranger. If you would like to see if we will be a good fit to work together, email me to arrange a free 20 minute consultation!
