About me

Hello, I’m Rachel Hughes, an accredited counsellor offering online and face to face counselling sessions for adults and couples

I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of mental health and emotional wellbeing difficulties, including anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem issues, and life challenges that can feel overwhelming or difficult to manage alone.

My role is to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I believe that every person is unique, which is why I work collaboratively with you to understand your individual needs and help you discover the tools, strategies, and insights that are most effective for your situation.

Life can present challenges that leave us feeling stuck, anxious, or uncertain. Counselling offers an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of what may be contributing to these difficulties, develop healthier ways of coping, and create positive, lasting change. Whether you are facing a specific issue or simply looking for support during a difficult time, I am here to help you navigate your journey towards greater wellbeing and self-understanding.
