About me
I am Rachel Hughes and I offer counselling online. I have experience of working with a wide range of mental health difficulties including anxiety and stress.
My role is to support you and provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. You are unique and I am here to help you to discover the tools and strategies that work best for you. Many people face difficulties in their everyday lives that can be hard to get on top of. Therapy helps you to gain a better understanding of what’s causing these problems- and how you can move towards managing or resolving them.
