About me
If you are struggling and finding life difficult or distressing, you don’t have to carry that weight alone. Whether you are navigating a painful loss, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or simply feeling ‘lost,’ I offer a warm, safe space to find clarity.
Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings, processing the things in your past and present that are holding you back. My goal is to help you gain greater self-awareness, feel more resilient, and rediscover a sense of control over your own wellbeing.
My Approach
I believe that every person is unique, which is why I work as an Integrative Counsellor. This simply means I don’t use a 'one size fits all' approach. Instead, I draw on different therapeutic tools—including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and CBT—to suit your specific needs. Whether you need to process childhood experiences, understand your current patterns, or find practical tools for the future, we will work at a pace that feels right for you.
My Expertise
I have a specialist interest in Grief and Bereavement and have undergone advanced training in this area. In addition to my private practice, I am proud to work with Cruse Bereavement Support. I understand that grief is not linear, and I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate the complexities of loss.
Taking the First Step
I know that starting counselling can feel daunting. That's why I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so we can talk through what’s going on for you, and see if I’m the right fit for you. There’s no pressure to book—just a chance to connect and see how I can support you.
