About me
If you are struggling and finding life difficult or distressing in any way, then counselling could be just what you need to find clarity about your situation and find a way of moving forward. I can offer you a warm, safe space to talk about your situation, explore your thoughts and feelings, and process things in your past and present. In turn, you can gain greater self-awareness, feel more in control and resilient, and improve your general wellbeing.
My approach -
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches. This allows me to tailor therapy to each individual client. I assess each client’s situation and then consider which theories and tools and techniques will help them best. The counselling approaches I use include – Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). By using a combination of these theories I can help a client to explore their past, present and future.
