About me

If you're struggling with feeling stuck in your life, not sure of the path to take moving forward, or wanting to design a fuller life - let's talk about it! The answer might be within you. Feeling stuck in your life and career can often be related to earlier unresolved conflicts, struggles, and difficulties in your life that might be preventing you from feeling fulfilled.

I bring to our sessions all my experiences in different work paths, cultural environments, immigration adjustments to shape for you a unique support that blends motivational psychology with mental health and career counselling, working together through stressful situations which might be causing you anxiety or depressive feelings.

I conduct my sessions in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a counsellor, facilitator and vocational and career consultant with a decade of experience in integrative psychotherapy and multicultural psychology, with experience in diverse environments such as community centres, universities and private practice around the world.

I specialise in identity concerns, vocational and career counselling, and adjustment issues; all under a multicultural counselling lens.

I hold a Master of Education in Mental Health Counselling and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology obtained at Columbia University in New York City (USA). I currently work as the Head of Wellbeing of a prestigious university in London, as well as supporting Solas Mind in bringing access to mental health and wellness to the entertainment industry.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
