Penny Lippett MBACP
Hi, my name is Penny, I help people who are feeling overwhelmed in life; whether this is from historical experiences or current situations causing stress, anxiety or depression.
Maybe you are feeling isolated and alone in your situation, Perhaps you feel there is no one you can trust with your thoughts or maybe you don't want to run the risk of being judged.
Are your thoughts going through your mind on a daily basis, do you need to find resolve? Is all of this making you feel tired but you are unable to sleep? How much would you like things to change, to be relieved from the stress of your situation?
I invite you to talk about what is on your mind in a safe and confidential space.
Together we will explore and find the answers to your questions and aim to resolve any issues you may have. I am passionate about solution-focused therapy; this means we work towards an outcome of your choice, even if you feel that you don't know what it is that you want right now.
Do you want to be heard with no interruption or opinions from others?
Counselling allows you the freedom to talk openly and in confidence, you and your thoughts are welcome.
