About me

Hi, are you feeling overwhelmed in life?  Feelings of stress, anxiety or depression can affect your daily experience and personal growth. If you have had enough and feel like it is time to change, why not book a 15-minute free consultation.

Together, we can explore what the problem might be. We will look at your life and behaviour your thoughts, feelings and limiting beliefs. Then we can identify what needs to change and find new ways for you to develop and grow into the person you want to be. If you feel that you are ready to start living your authentic life and need a helping hand feel free to contact me.

I am passionate about solution-focused therapy; this means we work towards an outcome of your choice, even if you feel that you don't know what that may be right now.

You do not have to feel isolated and alone in your situation.

Do you experience Intrusive thoughts or limiting beliefs?

What if you just want someone to listen to you about your concerns, no judgement, no comparison, someone who understands.

Are your thoughts going through your mind on a daily basis? do you need to find resolve? How nice would it be to have your concerns validated?

Do you feel tired but unable to sleep? Feelings of nausea, headaches, a general feeling of being unsettled.

How much would you like things to change, to be relieved from the stress of your situation?

I invite you to talk about what is on your mind in a safe and confidential space.

Do you want to be heard with no interruption or opinions from others?

Counselling allows you the freedom to talk openly and in confidence, you and your thoughts are welcome.

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
