About me

Communication is at the heart of every relationship, yet it’s often where couples struggle the most. When conversations turn into misunderstandings or feelings go unspoken, it can create unnecessary distance and pain. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. Together, we can rebuild connection, foster understanding, and bring back the warmth and closeness you once shared.

From our very first session, you’ll likely feel a shift—many couples describe a sense of relief and clarity after just one meeting. As we work together, you'll gain new insights, develop practical tools, and take meaningful steps toward a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.

Some couples come to therapy feeling like their relationship has run its course, uncertain whether to rebuild or let go. If this resonates with you, know that you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can explore what’s left beneath the surface—whether it’s the possibility of reconnecting or finding clarity in moving forward with compassion and understanding.

Don’t just take my word for it—read the reviews from couples who have experienced real transformation.

Training, qualifications & experience

Training and Continuing Professional Development

I’m committed to lifelong learning and reflective practice, continually expanding my knowledge through research, supervision, and ongoing study. My professional development includes advanced exploration of relationship and attachment dynamics, including the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and the work of Esther Perel. I have a particular interest in the sexual attachment system, discernment counselling, and helping couples navigate crossroads in their relationships.

My research also includes trauma and nervous system regulation, polyvagal theory, adult attachment, identity reconstruction, and somatic awareness. I integrate evidence-based approaches with creative, reflective tools such as journaling, values-based work, and therapeutic writing.

In addition, I’m actively developing psychoeducational resources, workbooks, and structured couples programmes designed to support growth, communication, and emotional resilience both in and outside the therapy room.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
