Are you seeking support to manage change in your life? There are times in life when we can benefit from talking to a trained professional to help us make sense of issues that are stopping us from living more fully. Someone who can listen with respect and without judgement.
Whether you feel stuck and don’t know where to turn; or you find yourself repeating old patterns yet unable to change; maybe you have lost a loved one and need a place to grieve; or you lack the confidence to express yourself as you would like. Or maybe you have gone through a relationship break-up and cannot get over the hurt, betrayal, anger and are afraid to trust again. I can support you by providing a professional, safe and confidential environment for you to explore whatever you need at a pace that suits you. I believe every individual has the inner resources to manage their life and my role is to support you to uncover and harness yours.
My background is in Psychosynthesis which is a Transpersonal holistic therapy with a practical edge. What appeals to me about Psychosynthesis is that it holds a view of the human being as having a personality and being more than the limitations of the personality. So, when working together, we will include and explore your potential as well as your current and past issues. We will work at your pace and may use mediums such as drawing or dreams but would only do so with your consent. Underlying our work will be the aim of creating greater balance between your body, mind, feelings and essence of who you are.
Clients say they feel more empowered to deal with life’s setbacks. They speak of the choices they now see they have. In a partnership where I bring my skills and you bring your commitment to yourself you can look forward to improved relationships and living a more fulfilling life.
If you would like to have an informal chat with me about your concerns and how we might work together or to arrange an initial session, please feel free to contact me either by telephone or email and I will respond to you within 24 hours. I look forward to speaking with you.

Accredited Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (Accred MBACP)
I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework
I am in regular supervision as required by the BACP.
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
