About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed by stress? Life can sometimes feel like an uphill battle and be challenging. We all need support to manage feelings of stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, or loss, as well as to work through unresolved issues from our past. This may leave you feeling unsure about where to seek help.
Therapy can help you overcome challenges, build confidence, and find peace and clarity. Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or taking the next step in your journey, I understand that this can be a difficult and daunting experience. However, I am here to provide you with the support you need.
With my integrative approach to counselling, we'll focus on what truly matters to you. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties, helping them feel heard and find meaning and direction in their lives. Our sessions can help you make empowered choices to feel more confident in your daily life.
Therapy offers a dedicated space to explore specific issues or problems or to gain a better understanding of yourself and your experiences. It allows you to slow down, reconnect, and feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, we can work towards helping you achieve your goals, live your best life, and embark on a journey towards feeling better.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
