About me
I believe that all humans have the innate resources to help themselves; that we do the best we can with what we have, until we see a different path. I offer a non-judgmental and confidential space where we can explore and understand the thoughts and feelings that have led to the patterns of behaviour that are no longer working for you. My hope is that you will feel less alone in facing your adversity and that we can uncover solutions that are realistic and personal to you.

Further information
I use Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with my clients. My approach is integrative, i.e. we will use the school of therapy that works best with your presenting issues.
We can agree on a regular space and time to do this. I work remotely (phone and online), from an office base and from an outside space where we can use “Walk and Talk' therapy.
I want to offer counselling on your terms and so invite you to contact me for a no-obligation, 20 minute consultation at no cost – where we can meet remotely, discuss what you want to gain from counselling and decide whether now is the right time for us to work together.
