About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist currently working at the Priory Group and in private practice across Central and North West London. I offer a discreet, thoughtful, and highly personalised therapeutic service within a calm and confidential setting.

My clinical work is integrative, drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This enables me to work flexibly and in depth, tailoring the therapeutic process to your individual needs, circumstances, and goals.

Alongside my therapeutic practice, I undertake independent medico-legal assessments and prepare expert psychological reports across a range of areas, including personal injury, trauma, and mental health. My approach is thorough, balanced, and grounded in clinical expertise and current evidence.

I place particular emphasis on the quality of the therapeutic relationship, recognising it as central to meaningful and lasting change. I aim to provide a space where you feel understood, respected, and able to reflect openly - whether you are navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma, or more longstanding patterns in your life.

I appreciate that seeking therapy or an assessment can feel like a significant step. I therefore offer an initial telephone consultation, allowing you the opportunity to discuss your needs and consider whether this feels like the right fit for you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have achieved chartered psychology status by the British Psychological Society. I have completed a post graduate diploma in Counselling Psychology, an MSc in Counselling Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. I am registered with the British Psychological Society and am regulated by the Health Care Professions Council. I adhere to the British Psychological Society's code of ethics and conduct.

I have a significant amount of experience working with people with a  range of mental health difficulties in both the NHS and private sector. My experience includes working with individuals and groups. I am experienced working with people from different cultural backgrounds and am knowledgeable about issues relating to diversity.

I am committed to maintaining high professional standards and remaining abreast of developments in the psychology and therapeutic fields; this enables me to work effectively with various psychological conditions. In addition I regularly attend training events to continue and enhance my professional development.
