About me

Therapy that holds the whole of you, your identity, your story, and the parts you have not said out loud yet.

You might look like you’re coping on the outside, while inside you feel anxious, low, overwhelmed or stuck. Maybe you’re battling low self‑confidence, masking neurodivergence, or feeling caught between cultures, family issues or ideas about masculinity. You may not have the words for what’s wrong, but you know something needs to change. I work with adults who are tired of managing alone and want a steady, non‑judgemental space to understand themselves and move towards a life that feels more authentic and sustainable.

I’m an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist working online with adults across the UK. I specialise in anxiety (including GAD), depression, low self‑esteem, neurodivergence, cultural identity and men’s health, with an interest in how technology, social media and AI shape mood and attention. Together we slow down and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Reaching out can feel daunting, especially if you're the one others lean on. You don't need the right words or a clear story. I offer a warm, steady space where all of you is welcome, including the parts you feel unsure or ashamed of. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation, a no pressure way to see if I feel like the right fit for you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Further information

My extensive charity sector experience, working across diverse communities and with underprivileged youth, has deepened my commitment to accessible, inclusive care that challenges outdated biases. I've also enjoyed working with young men through the specific challenges of college and university life, from academic pressure and social expectations to building confidence and direction during that pivotal transition.

My own minoritised background gives me a lived understanding of navigating cultural challenges, systemic barriers, and the complex interplay of identity in mental health. This personal insight means I can meet you where you are, recognising the unique pressures you might face without needing to explain them.
