About me

I am an Integrative and EMDR Psychotherapist offering face-to-face counselling for adults in both Greenwich and London Bridge.

My practice provides a warm and confidential space where you can explore personal challenges, gain insight, and work towards meaningful change. I support individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including depression, early relational trauma, family and relationship issues, abuse, attachment concerns, low self-esteem, life transitions, and bereavement.

Whether you’re facing a long-standing emotional pattern or a specific event that has left you feeling unsettled, counselling can bring clarity, support, and a renewed sense of hope and possibility.

At the heart of my work is a strong belief in the power of human connection. I see therapy as a collaborative relationship built on trust, openness, and respect. Creating a supportive and nurturing environment is essential for healing, and I aim to offer a space where you can feel both safe and understood. At the same time, I recognise that meaningful change often happens when we gently stretch beyond what feels comfortable. Because of this, my approach blends compassion with gentle challenge, encouraging you to explore new perspectives, face difficult emotions, and build emotional resilience at your own pace.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic models so that our work truly fits you. I recognise that every person is wonderfully complex, shaped by a rich combination of experiences, relationships, beliefs, and emotions. An integrative way of working allows us to consider all these interconnected aspects of your life.  During our sessions, we may explore past experiences, early relationships, and unconscious patterns that might be impacting how you experience your life today. Understanding these deeper layers can help us get to the root of your difficulties rather than simply addressing surface symptoms.

Together, we will work towards developing healthier patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. This may include building coping mechanisms that genuinely support your wellbeing, strengthening your sense of self-esteem, and improving the way you communicate your needs and boundaries. Throughout this process, I aim to help you cultivate greater self-compassion, acceptance, and confidence.

Therapy is not just about easing pain; it can also be a space to rediscover parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or silenced. Through therapy, you can gain a clearer understanding of what truly matters to you and feel more connected to your own inner resources.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and life stages, and I hold a deep respect for the individuality of each person who walks through the door. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, without judgement, and to support you in moving towards where you wish to be.

Next steps

It can be hard to find the right therapist with whom you connect well, or to even know what you are looking for. With this in mind, I offer a free 15-minute consultation which can be over the phone or on-line. This is an opportunity to see if we would be well suited to work together.

We can discuss what is bringing you to therapy, what you would like to get out of our sessions, my way of working, practicalities such as cost and location, as well as any other questions you may have. If you then decide that you would like to work with me, we can book-in our first session.

Please get in touch for more information or to arrange your free consultation.

Member organisations

Registered / Accredited

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

UKCP
UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
