About me
Here to support you in life.
Finding the right therapist can be very daunting, and making the first step can sometimes be hard to do. It is my aim to ensure you feel relaxed and confident from the first point of contact with me, and have assurance of safety and confidentiality at all times.
Working from my beautiful therapy room set within my garden, which creates a warm, safe, quiet & relaxed environment, providing you with space in which to explore your feelings and emotions with total privacy.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist, which means I work with many different styles and techniques dependant on your need. Working empathetically, with all sessions client led, enables you to work at your own pace to explore your own feelings, without feeling judged or pressurised.
I partake in regular CPD to ensure that I stay up to date on research and theories, in order to offer the best practice to my clients.
