About me
Hello,
I specialise in working with couples and individuals going through relationship difficulties as well as those going through fertility treatment.
I integrate Person-centred counselling, Systemic Family Counselling and Internal Family Systems (IFS) which all compliment each other beautifully when working within any couple/relationship dynamic.
I have been working for the last 20 plus years helping people to see where they are stuck and how to create some moment so that their relationships can be tender, caring, precious, loving and fun again.
I work in person and on zoom.

£95 per hour. If 5 are booked and paid for receive £25 off.
£85 per 50 minutes
£150 An hour and a half. If 5 are booked and paid for receive £50 off.

Further information
In the first session that we meet, I will ask you to tell me what you would like support with and what your heart desires for our time together. I will ask you to tell me about yourself and a little about your family history.
I always start each session with a short mindful meditation to help settle any nerves, as starting therapy with someone new can make one feel nervous. By being mindful and attending to our anxiety with warmth and care we become more present and calm.
I will support and guide you moving at your own pace into finding a way through your temporary troubles. I love the work that I do and I know from personal experience how difficult as well as hugely rewarding it can be.
