Neil Ingham MBACP (reg.) Counselling and Psychotherapy
4 Poplar Road
I work from my home in Burnham-on Sea with people who are experiencing difficult or challenging times. These may be anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues or addictions. I also work with bereavement, eating disorders, abuse cases and children's issues.
I trained as an integrative counsellor so I can draw on a range of methods and theories, but remain person-centred offering a warm, comfortable setting for you to explore difficult problems or feelings.
We all feel confused and unsure of ourselves at various times in our lives and counselling can help us to make sense of the feelings which are sometimes difficult to understand. Together we can explore, make sense of problems and lead you on to a happier life through talking about any problems you may have.
I work with individuals, couples and families and offer mediation to couples and companies. I also run a Men's Therapy Group and a Bereavement group as I believe that sometimes just knowing that someone else is going through a similar situation can have a huge positive effect. All of my work is offered in complete confidence.
