I can help you develop self-awareness, understanding and compassion for yourself and others. I can enable you to connect with the most important aspects of your life. We can work together to help you relate to people and the world around you in a way which is meaningful to you.
My initial career was within theatre as a director and performer. I also taught on drama and contemporary dance courses in further education. I have since acquired more than ten years experience working within the field of social care; providing family support and therapeutic interventions to both adults and children.
Alongside my career as a therapist, I work in the voluntary sector as a Group Leader on a therapeutic group programme for couples experiencing relationship problems.
I use an integrative model so I use different therapeutic approaches and can adapt to working with you as an individual.
I provide a safe and confidential time and space for you to explore difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviours you may be experiencing.
I can offer low-cost counselling. Free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns and how we can work together.
I am able to provide couples/relationship counselling and specialise in anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
