About me

ANXIETY | DEPRESSION | RELATIONSHIPS | TRAUMA-INFORMED | BOURNEMOUTH + ONLINE

Feeling anxious, low or struggling in your relationship?
You don't have to work through it alone. I offer warm, compassionate and trauma-informed person-centred counsellingfor adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected or unsure of what to do next. My aim is to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel genuinely heard and begin to understand what is happening for you. I work particularly with anxiety, depression, low mood and relationship difficulties, including breakups, separation, communication difficulties and patterns that can leave you feeling stuck.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified counsellor trained in the person-centred approach and work in a trauma-informed way, grounded in empathy, authenticity and respect for each client’s unique journey. I create a safe, warm and non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings, develop self-understanding and work towards meaningful change at your own pace. I have experience supporting counselling students and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and parenting pressures, helping clients build resilience, gain clarity and reconnect with their strengths. I am committed to ongoing professional development and bring warmth, compassion and a genuine presence to every session, ensuring you feel valued, heard and supported.
