About me

Do you have feelings of anxiety, depression or low self-esteem?  Are you stuck in patterns you'd like to change?

Do you feel like you don’t fit in or belong? Are you struggling with who you are, or your identity

Or are you a parent worried about an anxious or depressed teenager - maybe they're struggling to go into school, or they've recently left the school system?

These feelings can become worrying and overwhelming. It can feel like you’ll never be able to change or feel well again.

This can make it hard to reach out for help - especially if you’re worried about accessibility or if counselling will ‘work’ for you.

How I can help:

I am a qualified counsellor based in the Canterbury area. I provide a style of counselling that works for you. It is inclusive and non-judgemental; a space where you can be yourself.

We can use the outdoors in sessions - we can walk in the woods, sit in the park, or make use of my sheltered garden space (keeping warm by the log fire).

Would you like counselling that can move beyond four walls?

I bring years of experience of working with young people, creating a style of therapy that moves away from the intensity of a medical room. I am passionate about moving away from people’s traditional view of counselling, ensuring I work in a way that is adaptable and accessible.

Please send me an email or call, to arrange a free informal chat (or text conversation if that’s more comfortable), to see how we can work together. We can then organise a session to begin your healing journey, in a way that works for you. Together, we'll find a way for you to be comfortable exploring the uncomfortable.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified counsellor, trained in 'Integrative counselling', which means I can provide a style of counselling that works for you.

I bring years of experience working in schools and other settings, using forest school and the outdoors as a place of healing.
