About me

Through challenges in life, many of us are faced with times of stress and anxiety where we have to dig deep to find a way out. Counselling can offer the support you need to face and work through the pain and confusion we all carry in difficult times.

I am a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor in Seaford. Having been trained to work in an integrated way, I am able to offer a flexible blended approach to suit you as an individual. I work with very much every aspect of an individual with a mind, body, and soul connection.

I provide a safe non-judgemental space that is completely confidential, whilst working empathetically to help you feel both heard and valued.

I work with adults and children alike who are experiencing difficulties in life. I have experience in many areas but particularly with adult and children bereavement. Working in many different voluntary roles first with Samaritans and recently an active role with Cruse bereavement care, I have gained very valuable experience.

In addition to counselling I also offer Hypnotherapy which can enhance the counselling process. I usually work fully with the combination of both changing negative patterns that may have been formed in the subconscious, links can be made with fears, phobias, confidence, and many other areas to then find a way forward and thereafter growth and potential to change.
