Psychotherapist & Counsellor (MNCPS Acc.)

About me

I am a NCPS accredited Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist supporting individuals in transforming their mental and emotional wellbeing. Working with both adults, children and young people for over a decade, I offer a safe, integrative, and client-centred therapeutic approach that blends the insight of psychotherapy, the structure of counselling, and the rapid change tools of cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy.

Based in Harrow, North West London, I supports clients across the UK through face-to-face and online therapy sessions. My practice is particularly known for working with anxiety, trauma, inner child wounds, low self-esteem, habit reversal, and emotional overwhelm.
