About me
Thank you for visiting my page.
Authentic living is both rewarding and challenging. We all have our ups and downs. It is during times of adversity that we feel exposed and vulnerable. We have to dig deep to rely on our inner resources to keep us afloat. We all at some stage in our lives struggle to; find a sense of purpose in what we do, meaning in things around us, make difficult choices as they cause anxiety.
We also struggle to deal with loss of loved one(s) and/or inevitability of our own death.
No one can really experience what you are feeling but through therapy we explore what it is like to be you, how your experiences have shaped you so we can understand how you might feel and work together to help you lead a fulfilling life.
I am an existential psychotherapist, trained in London.
I firmly believe Being in the word is a unitary experience, meaning we are central to everything that is happening to us and around us. My work focuses mainly on understanding who you are and your own feelings and experiences in relation to self and/or the other, in an ethical and non judgemental way. Through therapy we will bring clarity of thought so you become more aware of your self, your inner strengths and the choices you need to make to lead a fuller life.
My private practice is currently online based. Please do reach out if you would like an initial discussion to explore whether therapy is for you and indeed if I am the right therapist for you.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
