About me
Maybe you're here because something has become harder to carry on your own.
It might be anxiety that seems to have taken over more of your life than you'd like, panic that appears to come out of nowhere, or experiences from the past that still seem to have a hold on you. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or simply exhausted from trying to understand your own thoughts, feelings and reactions.
Perhaps you're also trying to make sense of being neurodivergent whether you've recently been diagnosed, are wondering if you might be, or have spent years feeling that somehow you missed the instruction manual everyone else seemed to get.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you need from therapy. We can start there. Together, we'll try to make sense of your experiences, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find ways of moving forward that feel right for you.
I'm an integrative counsellor, which means I don't believe in squeezing everyone into the same therapeutic box. Our work can be reflective and exploratory, or more structured and practical, depending on what feels useful. I draw on different approaches and tools, including trauma-focused and neurodivergence-informed work, while keeping the relationship between us at the centre.
And while therapy involves difficult things, I don't believe it has to feel relentlessly heavy. There can be curiosity, honesty and humour alongside the serious stuff. You are allowed to be a whole person in the room.
I work with adults aged 16+ in English and French. If you're wondering whether I might be the right therapist for you, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call. It gives us a chance to talk, ask questions and get a feel for whether working together feels right before you commit to anything

Further information
I work integratively, which means I don't apply a single fixed method to every client, the way we work together depends on what's actually useful for you at that point in time. If you're not sure which approach would suit you best, that's completely fine; working that out together is part of what I'm here for.
Before training as a therapist, I spent time in a corporate career, which I draw on when working with clients navigating workplace stress or major life transitions.
