About me

I’m a fully qualified counsellor based in Newport and Cwmbran, offering calm, person‑centred therapy for children, young people, and adults. I support clients with anxiety, overwhelm, identity exploration, neurodivergence, school pressures, relationships, and emotional regulation.

My approach is gentle, curious, and collaborative - giving you a steady space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and explore what you need at your own pace.

I currently offer in‑person sessions on Fridays at Llantarnam Grange Art Centre in Cwmbran, with flexible weekly, fortnightly, or monthly scheduling.

  • Adult counselling placement with Caerphilly Borough Mind, supporting adults with a wide range of emotional and mental health needs

Further information

I offer a calm, steady space where you can talk openly and without judgement, bringing whatever feels important - big or small. I work at a gentle pace and adapt sessions to your needs, including sensory‑aware adjustments for neurodivergent clients. Alongside my person‑centred approach, I also use solution‑focused techniques to help you identify strengths and small, manageable steps forward. If you’re unsure what you need or whether counselling is right for you, we can explore that together during the free introductory call.
