About me

I offer an integrative approach to psychotherapy, supervision, and embodied leadership coaching for individuals navigating meaningful change.

My work supports people at turning points in life, moments when familiar ways of being no longer feel aligned, and something deeper is seeking to emerge. This may arise through transitions in relationships, career, leadership, identity, health, or through a broader sense of life calling for change.

Rather than working solely at the level of the mind, I support clients in reconnecting with the intelligence of the whole system, body, psyche, and lived experience. Through psychotherapy, nervous system awareness, and somatic exploration, we cultivate greater stability, presence, and self-trust, particularly in times of uncertainty.

Alongside individual work, I offer supervision for therapists and practitioners, as well as embodied leadership coaching. I am particularly committed to supporting those who support others, offering a reflective, ethical, and attuned space for professional development.

Where appropriate, I may integrate somatic astrology as a reflective tool to support meaning-making, perspective, and orientation through life transitions.

I am committed to ethical practice and to contributing to meaningful social change through my work. I aim to offer a grounded, relational, and accessible space where all aspects of your experience can be explored and integrated.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

UKCP
UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
