About me
”Wanderer, there is no path, we make our path as we walk” (Antonio Machado)
My approach is collaborative and non-judgemental. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, burnout, or identity shifts, our goal is to move towards greater autonomy and emotional freedom.
If you feel like you’re constantly "people-pleasing," struggling to set boundaries, or finding it hard to communicate how you really feel, we can work together to figure out why.
I offer an active, down-to-earth approach. We’ll look at the "roles" you might be playing in your life—perhaps acting like the "rescuer" or feeling like you have to be the "strong one"—and explore where those habits came from. My goal is to help you move away from old, automatic ways of reacting so you can feel more in control of your choices today.
My experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and personal growth; supporting clients in both individual and couples therapy settings.
I work both in fluent English or Spanish.
