About me
Have you lost someone close to you or are you experiencing life changes?
You may be struggling with new and complex feelings, bottling up emotions that you feel you can’t share with loved ones, or wondering if you’ll ever go back to ‘normal’.
As a result, you may be worried about losing friends or family, questioning whether you’ll ever be able to go back to work, or just struggling to get through the day.
I can help you to:
- Learn practical ways to cope
- Make sense of what you’re experiencing
- Have a non-judgmental space outside family and friends
For the past six years, I’ve worked in a hospice and at a cancer charity, supporting people in a similar position to you.
If that sounds helpful, click ‘Book intro call’ above for a free 30-minute conversation. Together, we’ll talk through your situation and suggest next steps tailored to you.
