About me

My name is Keri, and I am a registered Human Givens Therapist based in South London.  I work with adults, teens and children online and face to face.

Hello and welcome to my profile.  I offer brief solution focused therapy to support people with concerns such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, chronic pain and trauma.  It can feel a bit lonely when you are struggling with your mental health, and it can impact on you, and those around you.

It doesn't need to be that way. I can help you find solutions and tools which can make the world seem a bit brighter and less threatening.

I have an enhanced DBS check and am fully insured.

What I know…..

Life is a roller coaster, we just got to ride it” (Ronan Keating) and worry or  anxiety can take hold and start to affect how you feel and how you live your life.  Whatever it is you might be struggling with: addictions, anger, stress, sleep issues, anxiety PTSD/trauma, self-harm, depression, low self-esteem, phobias and relationships.  I can help you move forward.

What do I offer….

As a Human Givens therapist, my approach is modern, holistic and solution-focused.  Sharing your concerns and feeling heard is very important, so together, in the sessions, we will explore the concern(s) that brought you to therapy. I will listen, guide and support you and using effective techniques, and I will help you find solutions for a positive outcome.  You should be able to move forward with your life in relatively short time.

Why choose me...

Choosing a therapist and attending therapy can feel a bit scary, but it doesn’t need to be.  I provide a calm, non-judgemental, safe and confidential space to help you feel at ease.  During the therapy we will work towards your priorities.  If during the furst session you don’t feel that I am the right person for you there is no commitment to ongoing sessions.  I will never make you attend more sessions than you feel you need.
