About me
Hello! I’m Keri, a Human Givens therapist located in South London. I work with children, adults and teens, both online and in person. Why not get in touch to find out more?
Life can be full of challenges, and when things get tough, it can be easy to feel stuck and sometimes a bit difficult to see a way forward. Using the Human Givens Approach, we can work together to give back some hope and restore balance in your life. Depression and anxiety can make the world seem like quite a small place and hold you back from achieving what you want. If you are ready to get back out into the world again why not get in touch?
The therapy I offer is brief and intended to help you move forward quickly with easy-to-apply tools. There will never be an expensive, ongoing commitment.
How can I help you?
I support people with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, burnout, bereavement, chronic pain, parenting and trauma.
I have an enhanced DBS check and am fully insured.
Why Should you Choose Me?
Finding someone you want to work with is essential, but it can feel daunting. To help you decide if we can work together, I offer a free, no-obligation 10 - 15-minute chat before you sign up.
I provide a warm, safe, and confidential space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment.
When we work together, we'll focus on your goals and work at your own pace. You are always in control, and I’ll support you in whatever choice feels right.
If you like what you read, why not get in touch to book a chat today?
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Human Givens Therapist and have been running my private practice since 2022. I have also worked as a school counsellor for 18 months.
Attending regular CPD is essential, and I am committed to it. Here are some of the courses I have taken recently.
- Guided Imagery II – essential techniques 2024
- How to reduce Self Harm 2024
- Grief and Bereavement November 2023
- Overcoming Addiction Summit
- How to work effectively with troubled teenagers
I have worked with people the whole of my adult life as a nurse, and I wanted to find some proactive ways of supporting mental health, which was when I completed my therapy training.

Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
