About me

Counselling for Anxiety, Low Self-Esteem & Identity Exploration

Do you struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, or feeling like you’re never quite “enough”? Are you navigating identity questions, workplace stress, or life changes that leave you feeling overwhelmed? You don’t have to figure it out alone. I provide a warm, caring space where you can explore what’s on your mind and develop ways to feel more confident and in control.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community and a self-confessed geek, I have a particular interest in working with people who feel like they don’t quite fit the mold. Whether you're questioning your identity, struggling with self-worth, or trying to set better boundaries, therapy can help you move toward greater self-acceptance and emotional resilience.

Why Work With Me?

I don’t just understand these challenges professionally—I’ve lived them too. My own experiences have shaped my compassionate, down-to-earth approach to counselling. I know what it’s like to navigate identity exploration, face workplace stress and burnout,  and push for medical validation when not being taken seriously. I also understand grief, having experienced bereavement from a young age, and I know firsthand how overwhelming big life changes can be.

Because of this, I focus on helping you find practical ways to manage anxiety, challenge self-doubt, and build confidence in yourself and your decisions—whether that’s in relationships, work, or daily life. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes but about finding what truly works for you.

Taking the First Step

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but I offer a space where you can go at your own pace. If you’re curious about how counselling could help, let’s have a chat. Get in touch today to see how we can work together.
