About me
You might be reading this because you're not feeling yourself lately, or maybe you feel sad or anxious. Maybe you know why or perhaps you don't.
If you're looking for a safe place to explore what is going on, and unravel those tangled weaves, then you've come to the right place. I'm here to support you on your journey. Let's start that conversation, get in contact today.
I work as an integrative counsellor which means that I will work with you collaboratively. I believe that there isn't one approach that will fit everyone. We are all unique and I will try and tailor it to your needs and circumstances.
In sessions with me I will look to understand what is troubling you, as well as you as a whole person. I will work to put myself in your shoes and see the world from your point of view. In initial sessions we can explore what your current issue is, and over time, when you are comfortable, look into the deeper elements. I will not tell you what to do or judge you, but be there to listen and help you find a solutions or come to acceptance to enable you to move forward.
