About me
Loss can be the most painful and devastating thing that you have to go through, and the loss of someone that you love feels unbearable.
It can turn your world upside-down.
Added to this, the effects can last a long time: far longer than you might expect, or that you feel you should allow yourself.
This is where counselling will help.
Instead of you struggling on alone, together we will give it the space that it needs. We'll untangle what the loss means for you, so that you can move forward with life in a way that's right, and meaningful, for you.
You'll have a firmer footing in your life, a feeling of inner support and a place from which you can start to build what you need for a more accepting, rich and hopeful life.
So, if you're struggling with bereavement and the changes it's brought to your life, pet loss, loss of health, relationship, job, or any other loss that's important to you, please contact me now and let's take the first step to a brighter future.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and have volunteered with the bereavement charity Cruse for 4 years. I've also gained a post-qualifying certificate in focusing skills from the British Focusing Assoc to assist in deepening my work with you. I also hold a Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling.
