About me

You may be feeling stuck in your relationship — having the same conversations without resolution, or noticing a growing distance between you and your partner.

Or perhaps something feels difficult when it comes to intimacy or sex — whether you're experiencing pain, anxiety, avoidance, loss of desire, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or your partner.

You might be avoiding sex altogether, feeling embarrassed, under pressure, or unsure how things have changed.

These experiences are often confusing, frustrating, and at times isolating — especially when you don’t know how to begin to shift them. Perhaps you have already tried but to no avail. These patterns often make sense when we begin to understand them — and they can be worked through.

I am a qualified Psychosexual, Relationship and Couples Therapist, working with individuals and couples who are navigating these kinds of challenges. I offer online sessions across the UK and Europe, and in-person therapy in Clapham Junction, London.

My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental. Together, we work to understand what may be underlying the difficulties you’re experiencing, and begin to shift the patterns that feel stuck.

Therapy is not about blame, but about making sense of what’s happening and creating the conditions for meaningful change. Where helpful, I offer guidance and practical ways of working to support you in moving forward.

I work with a range of relationship and psychosexual concerns, including:

Loss of intimacy or desire
Sexual difficulties within relationships
Anxiety, avoidance or disconnection around sex
Communication difficulties and repeated conflict
Trust issues, infidelity and affairs
Fear of intimacy or commitment
Mismatched desires, sexualities or experiences
Life transitions impacting relationships (such as moving in together, marriage, having children).

If you’re unsure whether therapy could help, we can explore this together.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an NHS-trained Psychosexual, Relationship and Couples Therapist, now working in private practice with individuals and couples navigating these kinds of challenges; both online and in-person from Clapham Junction, South West London.

I am a registered member of COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists), the UK’s leading professional body for therapists specialising in sexual and relationship work, with advanced Masters-level training in couples therapy and relationship psychotherapy.

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic models depending on your needs. This may include working with relationship patterns, emotional and psychological factors, and the mind-body connection.

I aim to offer a space that is warm, confidential and non-judgemental, where you feel able to talk openly about sensitive areas such as sex, intimacy and your relationship. While these conversations can sometimes feel challenging, they are approached with care, empathy and gentle guidance.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask any questions and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit — as finding the right therapist is an important part of the process.
