About me
Considering therapy can be both exciting and daunting! The first step is often the most important.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 5 years of experience. I offer a caring, honest, and supportive space. My training is in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR. I focus on building trust and relational safety, whilst helping people move towards their goals and deepest aspirations.
I frequently support people with anxiety (including OCD, social anxiety, and phobias), low mood and depression, as well as people overcoming stressful life events and PTSD. I have also conducted research and published on topics related to men's mental health, PTSD treatments, and psychedelic therapies.
I am also Practice Director at Bloomsbury Psychology. We are an online therapy practice where all referrals are clinically triaged and allocated to appropriately qualified therapists working within the practice. I am currently accepting referrals and have available appointments. Any information you share will be treated sensitively and confidentially.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Clinical Psychologist (DClinPsy) working in private practice, with over 5 years experience working in the NHS. I frequently support people with anxiety disorders, low mood and depression, and people recovering from stress and PTSD. I have worked in private practice since 2023, treating primarily adult clients with a range of mental health presentations. I can offer Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
