About me
Welcome! I'd like to offer you a safe and welcoming space to explore yourself, heal and grow. Central to this work is our therapeutic relationship, built on empathy and authenticity. Together, we would work to make sense of your emotions, manage crises, support you in your relationships, recognise harmful patterns of behaviour, grow as a person, and set new goals for yourself.
I can offer you sessions at my practice in Brighton or online, to explore what’s on your mind at your own pace and in line with your own priorities.
I work with clients on anxiety, depression, relationship issues, coping with loss, living with neurodiversity, such as ADHD, and navigating queer experiences. I’d offer you the chance to address your unique challenges, no matter how big or small they may feel.
You can come to me alone, or if you want to work on a particular relationship, you might come with a partner, family member, or friend. Relationships are so important to our happiness and well-being, and yet are often challenging and confusing. Relationship counselling can facilitate communication and understanding, so everyone can be heard and understood, and hopefully find ways to meet their needs. I also work with non-monogamous relationships and kink dynamics, which sometimes present with their own unique challenges and needs.
Send me a message if you have any questions or would like a chat to explore what you're looking for. You can also book an introductory 30-minute call here: https://calendly.com/mpigaht/introductory_session
