About me
I'm an integrative counsellor committed to working with clients in line with their personal values and priorities. I like to work relationally, which means using the therapeutic relationship and our responses to each other to inform our work. I offer individual, couples and group therapy. I have a therapy room in Brighton, and also work with clients remotely, online and by phone.
I aim to create a non-judgemental space for my clients to explore themselves and who they want to be. I'm an LGBTQ- and ENM-friendly counsellor, and I welcome clients of all orientations and neurotypes. I'm able to work with clients in English, German and French, and have a basic conversational level of Spanish.
I also offer professional coaching to entrepreneurs and executives.
My training has a focus on Transactional Analysis. In addition, I integrate a number of other modalities and ideas in my work, particularly Gestalt and Jungian psychotherapy. I’m in ongoing training to qualify as a psychotherapist and expect to qualify in 2026.
